FEST Web

Your festival website, always up to date.

Build your site from festival sections, on your own domain. The lineup and schedule come from the same place as your app, and the home page changes on its own when the gates open.

Most festival websites go stale between editions.

They still say "tickets on sale" in October, or show last year's lineup in March, because someone has to remember to change them. FEST Web reads your dates and your program and updates itself, so your team works on the festival instead of the website.

Sections

Pages built from 15 sections made for festivals.

Stack a hero, a lineup, a schedule, ticket cards, a countdown and your partners. Each section has its own layouts. The lineup can be a grid, a text list or a directory with search and filters by day and category.

  • Templates for lineup, schedule, tickets, FAQ, news and edition recap pages
  • A page for every artist, event, place and news post, created for you
  • Photo galleries, YouTube and Vimeo videos

Before, during, after

The home page switches itself when the festival starts.

Mark each home section for before, during or after the event. FEST works out where your edition stands from its dates and what you've published, from coming soon to announced, live and post-event. Nobody has to log in at midnight to swap the banner.

  • Countdown and tickets before, schedule during, photos after
  • Preview the site as coming soon, live or post-event before it happens
  • Announcement banner and popup with their own start and end dates

Shared with the app

Type the lineup once. It shows up everywhere.

Artists, schedule, places, FAQ and partners live in FEST, and both the website and the FEST App read from there. Add a set time in Backstage and it's on your site and in the app at the same moment.

  • One edit updates the website and the app
  • Artist pages on the site use the bios and photos already in FEST
  • Show a past edition's lineup on any page

Schedule

A timetable that follows the clock.

Show the schedule as a timetable by stage or as a running-order timeline. While the day is live, a playhead moves to the current time so people see what's on now without doing the math.

  • Timetable by place, or timeline in running order
  • Filter or group events and places by category
  • Set times change on the site as soon as you change them in FEST

Domain and marketing

Your domain, your pixels and a cookie banner, built in.

Connect your domain in a few steps and SSL is handled for you. Add analytics and ad pixels by pasting an ID. The built-in cookie banner holds them back until the visitor agrees.

  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta, TikTok and more
  • Cookie consent built in
  • Redirects from your old site's URLs

The details.

What organizers usually ask before signing up.

Address
Every site starts on a free festapp.site address. Connect your own domain with one CNAME record, and SSL is set up for you.
Content
Your lineup, schedule and FAQ come from FEST and fill the template. The site keeps up as your program changes.
Tickets
Embed your Weezevent or Notikumi shop, or link any provider with ticket cards marked on sale, coming soon or sold out.
Design
Start from a dark or light preset, then pick your colors, fonts, corners and how much motion the site uses.
Languages
As many as you need. FEST counts what's left to translate and falls back to your main language.
Forms
Email alerts for your team and CSV export. Spam is filtered in the background, with no captcha.
Publishing
Review pending changes before they go live. Every publish is saved, so you can restore an earlier version.
SEO
Sitemap, robots.txt, share images and schema.org data for your festival, artists, events and places. Paste your old URLs to redirect them.

FEST Web

FEST Web has one yearly price with hosting, your domain connection and SSL included, and no setup fees. Take it with FEST App and the second product costs less. The pricing page shows everything in your currency.

You can, and if you want to keep your current site, our Web Plugin puts your FEST lineup and schedule on it. FEST Web is for festivals that are tired of updating the same lineup in three places. The site reads from the same content as the app, and the home page changes on its own before, during and after the event. A generic site builder doesn't know your festival has dates.

Yes. Every site starts on a free festapp.site address. To use your own domain, add one CNAME record and SSL is set up for you. Step-by-step instructions cover the most common domain providers.

Not if you set up redirects. Paste your old URLs and point each one to its new page. FEST Web also takes care of your sitemap and the structured data search engines read.

Yes. Embed your Weezevent or Notikumi shop directly in the page, in the visitor's language. With any other ticketing provider, use ticket cards or a button that links to your shop. Each ticket type can be marked on sale, coming soon or sold out.

As many as you need. FEST shows what's left to translate in each language, and anything missing falls back to your main one.

No. You build pages from sections and pick colors, fonts, corner radius and motion. If you want a fully custom design or a complex migration, ask us for a quote before you commit.
