Before anything is saved, Sync shows what it will add, update or remove, with names so you know exactly what's changing. Then you apply it.

Updates

Run it again whenever the program changes.

Sync recognizes each item from your planning tool. Changes are updated in place and anything removed at the source is unpublished, not deleted. A set moved to 22:15 shows up in the app as soon as you apply.

Sponsors: Partner names, logos and links.
Translations: Text in each language your tool holds, mapped to the languages of your edition.
Custom fields: Genres, event types and any extra fields your team added to its tool.
Setup: Connect your tool in Backstage and match its fields to FEST, once per edition.
Each sync: A preview lists what will be created, updated or removed before you apply. Removed items are unpublished, never deleted.

Sync

Sync works with several festival programming tools. Tell us which one your team works with and we'll confirm it before you sign up.
