Pricing
Start with FEST App, FEST Web, or both. Each has a fixed yearly price, and the second one costs less when you take both. Then add the modules you need: Activations, Volunteers, Sync or the Web Plugin. Volunteers adds $2 per volunteer (€1.50 in euros). The pricing page shows the total as you pick.
No. We bill yearly. The monthly figure on the pricing page is the yearly price divided by 12. Your festival lives all year, and so does our support. We work with you through the whole cycle, including the months before and after the event.
No. You pay the yearly price and nothing else. Custom work like a bespoke design or a complex migration gets its own quote, agreed before you commit.

Minutes. You don't need a developer. Add your branding and your artists and you're live. Polishing every detail takes longer, but the basic setup is quick.
Yes. Festival sites rarely have good signal. Once someone has opened your event, the artists, schedule and map stay available without network. Reminders work offline too, so nobody misses a set because of a dead zone.
Yes, and it's one of the things we do best. Artist running late? Stage change? Update it in FEST and festival-goers see it on their phone right away, even at 3am on the Saturday night.
Yes. You see your audience by artist, country and platform, and you can export it to CSV. Partner banners show their views and clicks, so you have real numbers for sponsors and for planning the next edition.
