Unless due to artist cancellation, and then for a window of time communicated by POP Montreal upon said cancellation, there are no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

There are no refunds or exchanges for Discovery Passes.

What types of tickets and passes are available?

The Discovery Pass is the best way to experience the festival and gives you priority access to over 200 bands, films, visual arts, crafts, conferences, workshops, BBQs and much more!

If you want to enjoy just one day, you can also purchase a ‘Hopper’ pass. Skip the queue, access all POP events on the day of your choice!

Where do I purchase individual show tickets?

Tickets to individual shows can be purchased online up until 2 hours before doors open or until the show is sold out. *exception may occur, so it's best to visit the ticket link*

Tickets can be purchased at the door as long as the event is not sold out.

What is a POP Hopper?

The POP Hopper is a day pass, allowing all patrons to see all the shows taking place on a single day. POP Hopper Passes have priority access at every venue but note that due to venue capacities, a POP Hopper Pass does not guarantee entry. Arrive early!

Access to Calexico is excluded from the Saturday POP Hopper.

Discovery Pass holders have priority access at every venue but note that due to venue capacities, a Pass does not guarantee entry. Arrive early!

Access to Calexico and the La Route Chante: Hommage à Lhasa concert on MONDAY September 30 are excluded from the Discovery Pass.

All-ages events are indicated in the festival program. 
Kids POP is POP’s segment dedicated to children and families.

Security/How do I access support?

Accepted Answer

We have staff ready to assist you if you feel unsafe at any time. If you require assistance or support, ask the security agents / bar staff / or any POP staff who are wearing an “ÉQUIPE / STAFF” pass for help.

GRIP will be on site at Piccolo Rialto and Marché des possible sur du Gaspé offering drug checking and other harm reduction information and materials. Trained GRIP volunteers can also provide psychosocial support and intervene in situations of harassment, violence, signs of overdose or any other crisis relating to the use of alcohol or other substances.
