Tickets
Only on the tickets page of our website: rototomsunsplash.com/entradas. Sales are handled by Notikumi through the official widget. We do not authorise any other channel: no resale websites, no social media profiles, no private sellers. A ticket bought elsewhere may be fake, duplicated or cancelled, and in that case we cannot guarantee entry.
Go to the tickets page, choose the type you want (festival only, festival + camping…) and the sales widget will open. Follow the steps and your tickets will arrive by email.
Yes. You can buy up to 15 tickets in a single purchase.
Advance tickets are non-refundable. What you can do is transfer it to someone else with a name change:
1. Go to the Buyer Portal.
2. Log in with your ticket locator and the purchase email.
3. Choose «Name change».
4. Enter the new attendee's name and surname.
5. Pay for the change by card.
The change costs €10 if your ticket still has the same price as when you bought it. If the price has gone up, you pay the difference up to the current price. This is not a profit for the festival: it is how we stop resale.
The cancellation of a single concert does not give the right to a refund. 1-day tickets are only refunded if every show that day is cancelled. This does not apply to full passes or multi-day tickets.
Write to entradas@notikumi.com.
Try again and read the on-screen information carefully. Check whether your bank opens an extra window to confirm the payment, as it sometimes stays hidden behind the browser.
If you are 65 or older on the first day of the festival, you can gain access by making a symbolic donation to one of the nonprofit organizations listed on our website. If you do not wish to make the donation, you must pay the regular ticket price. Camping and other add-ons are purchased separately.
Each person buys a Festival + Camping ticket. Only one of you adds the Camper extra.
