We offer passports for full access to the Festival, weekend passes, Friday and Saturday daily passes and individual tickets for each festival program.

For passports and passes: You will receive an order confirmation via email, which will contain your electronic ticket to be exchanged in the Refectory, on the 1st floor of the Esplanade Tranquille pavilion. (1442 Rue Clark, Montréal, QC H2X 2R3). For individual tickets: Your electronic ticket will need to be presented at the entrance of each event. STUDENTS: 15% discount on the current rate of the Passports or the Passes by selecting the "STUDENT" category at the time of purchase. A valid student card will be required when picking up the passports or passes. GROUPS: 15% discount on the current rate of the passports or the passes by selecting the "GROUP" category when purchasing at least 4 passports or passes.

You can exchange your festival tickets on our partner platform, Ticketswap. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation.

There is no minimum age to attend the events at the free outdoor Expérience stage on Esplanade Tranquille, which is intended to be an intergenerational gathering space. Events at SAT and New City Gas are 18+. Events at MTELUS and Théâtre Maisonneuve are open to all ages, but please note that they may not necessarily be targeted towards a younger audience. Events at Monument-National are open to all ages (MUTEK Forum), but please note that this is a professional event.

Yes, the Experience stage and the Village Numérique, a trail of original digital art installations, are both accessible, in the Quartier des Spectacles.

Yes, certified guide dogs are allowed in all venues.

Chill zones with seating are available at all venues: - Esplanade Tranquille: Outside, on the esplanade terrace. Equipped with chairs, tables, benches, bean bags, and mats. - SAT: To the left of the SAT entrance. Furnished with tables, chairs, and bean bags. - MTELUS: At the entrance, near the MTELUS café. Equipped with tables, chairs, and bean bags. - Théâtre Maisonneuve: The A/VISION performances are seated. - New City Gas: A chill zone with benches will be set up on the groundfloor. The GRIP staff are present to assist people. They will be identifiable by their purple t-shirts, and they will be sober and trained in reducing risks related to drug use.

Unfortunately, childcare services are not available at MUTEK.

Look out for GRIP's kiosks all over our site! They're there to chat, inform, or simply keep you company in a relaxing zone. GRIP (Research and Psychosocial Intervention Group) provides information on the realities of substance use and combinations, with the aim of reducing the risks associated with consumption. They will be identifiable by their purple T-shirts, are sober and trained in reducing the risks associated with drug use. Their on-site intervention service SPOTLIGHT is available in case of violence or harassment: 514-269-8915 (call/text). Prevention of Sexual Violence : The staff is trained in the program "Commande un angelot" designed to address sexual violence in bars and festive events. If you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation or think you are witnessing one, you can go to the counter and notify a staff member by ordering an angelot. At that moment, the staff members will be responsible for assisting you to the best of their abilities. MUTEK donates 1% of the price of each passport, pass, and ticket to EarthPercent, a charity founded by Brian Eno to address the music industry's impact on the planet. All donations will be matched by EarthPercent. At the time of purchase, you'll have the option to make an additional donation towards the organization.

A recycling system is available at all venues: recycling, composting when food is present, liquid recovery (outdoor stage), and can deposit through Consignaction. In case of uncertainty, volunteers from our Green Brigade can assist you! What goes into recycling: • Paper • Cardboard • Glass • Metal • Plastics (numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7) • Cans: in the deposit bin!
