CAMPING: All of our campgrounds are ADA-accessible. We offer a wheelchair-ready shuttle bus by request from the camp host and all campgrounds have sanitary, wheelchair accessible porta-potties. PARKING: Free ADA parking is located at the Christian Church at 18th Avenue and Long Street. An unexpired, State Issued ADA parking pass is required to park in this parking lot. SEATING: A general admission is provided for persons in wheelchairs and one companion. This section, located behind Section A Reserved Seating, is ‘first come first serve’ and fills up quickly. Patrons in wheelchairs sitting in the GA section with their families are allowed to save a space, during breaks, for their wheelchair. ADA Gate Entrance: ADA Gate opens the same hours as our regular gate to accommodate our ADA patrons.

“RV camping” is considered anything with wheels (fifth-wheels, motor homes, camper-vans, travel-trailers, truck campers, tent-trailers). “TENT-only camping” is restricted to tents (no tent-trailers).

Sorry, NO outside food, beverages (including bottled water), or coolers are allowed (other than baby food in plastic containers). A wide selection of your favorite foods and beverages including beer and wine are available inside the concert area. Those with special dietary needs will find many options available at our festival. However, if you have to live with very strict dietary needs, please talk to security about a waiver to bring in your own food.

Available in many areas throughout the site. Handicap-accessible portable restrooms are available on Festival site, as well as in each of the campgrounds. There are hand washing facilities available.

The use of tobacco products is not permitted on school district property within the State of Oregon (OAR 581-021-0110). “Tobacco” is defined to include any lighted or unlighted cigarette, cigar, pipe, bidi, clove cigarette, and any other smoking product, spit tobacco, also known as smokeless, dip, chew, snuff, in any form, nicotine or nicotine delivering devices, chemicals or devices that produce the physical effect of nicotine substances or any other tobacco substitute (e.g., e-cigarettes). This does not include FDA-approved nicotine replacement therapy products used for the purpose of cessation. Smoking is allowed only in the Beer Gardens or other designated areas.

Sorry, NO pets allowed into the festival. Service animals are welcome.

Our information booth is located to the left, just inside the main gate. Here you will exchange your pit passes for pit pass wristbands. Other services include lost and found, and more information about the festival and the surrounding areas.

Performances on the Main Stage are “festival style seating.” General Admission ticket holders should bring standard camp chairs. No double chairs, loungers, recliners, banquet, or folding metal chairs. Blanket seating is not allowed. Limit at entry of 4 single chairs per person. No wagons, chair caddies, or similar items. No carry-in chairs are allowed in the Reserved Seating area. All chairs placed in line-up before gates open must be occupied at all times or they will be removed by Festival Staff. Chairs are available for rent on a daily basis. No strollers or infant seats are allowed in the Reserved Seating area. For a full explanation of acceptable chairs, see chair policy section below.

Cameras are welcome, however DSLR cameras are strictly prohibited. If it has a detachable lens, it will not be allowed. In addition, video cameras or any recording devices and laser pointers are strictly prohibited. Both DSLR cameras and video cameras are subject to confiscation.

To enhance your concert experience, the Oregon Jamboree has three big video screens. With the Oregon Jamboree big screens, every seat in the house will seem like a front row seat!

In-between concerts on the Main Stage, artists will be performing on the second stage for a constant flow of music.

No umbrellas are allowed inside the venue for either rain or shine. This is to ensure that other patrons’ views of the stage(s) will not be obstructed. There are shade tents and misting stages set up around the venue to provide shade.

Chairs are provided in the Reserved seating area only. General Admission and Premier General Admission ticket holders should bring standard camp chairs. No double chairs, loungers, high back, or chairs with side tables or foot rests. Back height should not exceed 20″ (shoulder height). Limit of 4 single chairs per person. SEE CHAIR POLICY BELOW. No wagons, chair caddies, or similar items will be allowed into the Festival. No carry-in chairs allowed in the Reserved Seating area. NO BLANKET SEATING.

We accommodate service animals. Service animals are working animals, not pets. Service animals are NOT emotional support or therapy animals. We follow the criteria for a service animal set forth by Oregon’s Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services.

We welcome all patrons to carry their own personal EMPTY water bottles into the venue. No liquids will be permitted through the gates, even if the bottle is sealed. Water filling stations are available inside the venue.

EMT Stations will be present on the festival grounds.

The Oregon Jamboree will be enforcing a clear bag policy for all. Small non-clear clutches, with or without a strap, 4.5″ x 6.5″, will be allowed. Clear plastic bags and totes can be purchased from the Oregon Jamboree but any clear bag will be allowed. This ensures additional security for all.

RV & tent camping are available at various locations near the concert site. Campsites vary in size and do not include hookups. Portable toilets and trash containers are provided throughout campgrounds. Camping fees are per site, not per person, and include one vehicle.

The Oregon Jamboree provides tables and chairs in the beer gardens. No personal chairs allowed in the beer gardens.

We would like to remind you that the concert is an outdoor event rain-or-shine. Please be prepared for hot, sunny days and cool evenings. Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and warm clothing for the evening hours are advised.

Children of all ages are welcome but we do ask that you be considerate of the other patrons who are also trying to hear and see the concert. Children 6 and under are free in general admission area only. Children 7 to 12 years old require a child’s wristband. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Our youngest fans may need a stroller and these are acceptable in the general admission section. Please note that security will do a check when going through the gate. Everyone in the reserved seating section must have a Reserved Seating wristband WITH THE EXCEPTION of infants under the age of 1 who can sit on a lap. All patrons over the age of 1 must have a RES wristband in the Reserved section. NO STROLLERS ALLOWED IN RESERVED SECTION.

The Oregon Jamboree will have a kid zone for a great place to hang out! Our Info Booth has information on attractions all around the Sweet Home area.

Ticketing

Create your Cashless Account before you arrive so you are ready to use your wristband to easily pay for food and merchandise at the Oregon Jamboree. Cash is not allowed at the festival. Cash can be “loaded” onto your wristband at the Wristband Wrangler station nearest to the main gate.

A limited quantity of premier general admission tickets are allotted. This is a designated area near the Reserved Seating section. Chairs are required; bring your own chairs. To get a good seat, you don’t have to arrive early.

Please keep in mind that long lines form prior to headline shows. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the late afternoon line up. Gates open at 1:00 pm Friday, and at 11:00 am Saturday and Sunday. If you are leaving the festival, please be advised that there may be long re-entry lines.

The Oregon Jamboree has a limited number of premium parking passes available. Parking is also offered near the concert at reasonable per day prices. Free street parking can often be found early in the day. There is no overnight parking allowed in the Premier Oregon Jamboree parking lots. Violators will be towed. Overnight parking is allowed in our Prime Parking Lot. No sleeping is allowed in vehicles. Violators will be trespassed from the parking lot. If you are parked without proper credentials displayed in your car while in any of the Oregon Jamboree parking lots, you will be towed at the owners expense.

The dates for Jamboree 2025 will be August 1-3, 2025.

Gates are located at 1000 18th, Sweet Home, OR 97386. Please keep in mind that long lines form at the gates prior to the headline shows. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid the late afternoon long line up. Gates open at 1:00 PM Friday and at 11:00 AM Saturday & Sunday. For the safety of all of our patrons there will be a search conducted at the front gate. No coolers, food, beverages, alcohol or weapons. Video cameras or any recording devices are strictly prohibited as are laser pointers and all will be confiscated. This is strictly enforced. Patrons who intentionally violate these rules will have their wristbands cut and be refused future entry.

The Reserved Seating area is located in front of the stage and offers excellent viewing and great photo opportunities. Reserved seating is sold as a 3-day wristband only. Chairs are provided. NO STROLLERS OR INFANT SEATS PERMITTED IN RESERVED SEATING. Everyone in the reserved seating section regardless of age must have a RES wristband WITH THE EXCEPTION of infants age 1-year or younger. Smaller children who are not sitting on parents’ laps must have a Reserved wristband.

The Oregon Jamboree is pleased to offer the ability to pay for your tickets over time. You have several options available to you. You can call or email the Oregon Jamboree office to have a payment plan applied to your account. Login to your account manager and sign up for automatic payments. This will automatically put you on a 4 payment schedule that will start the following day and continue every 30 days for the next 3 months. Starting in March, automatic payment plans will be set up with 3 payments; starting in April, automatic payments will be set up on 2 payments; no payment plans will be available for orders starting in May for the festival in that same year. You can log in to your account manager and make payments on your account. You can call the office and we can take credit card payments over the phone for partial or full payment. Note, from the time of your first payment, you will have 120 days to complete your order. 30 days after that (150 days after the first payment made), your order will be cancelled, if it is not made in full. The Oregon Jamboree is not responsible for sending reminders, making phone calls, or holding seats or campsites for patrons who have forgotten to login and make their final payment. Patrons are responsible for all payments and for reaching out to the Oregon Jamboree, in a timely manner, to ensure payment is made in full. If your order must be canceled due to payment not being made in full, your seats and/or sites will not be held in your name. Partial orders will not be fulfilled for any of the items in your order. Refunds are not given in the event an account had to be cancelled due to non-payment.

Your concert ticket is your RFID wristband. Your RFID wristband is also your method of payment – we are a cashless festival. Wristbands not received in the mail pre-festival can be picked up in the Event Box Office Will Call Office.

All purchases are final; including but not limited to reserved seat wristbands, general, premier, or child admission wristbands, pit passes, parking, and or camping vouchers. We do allow transfers so you may give your wristbands to your best friend or sell them using your own social media. Please do not try to sell anything in our JamFans Facebook Group as this group is a fan page group, not for selling. Your post will not be allowed. You may gift them back to the Oregon Jamboree and we will give them as a donation to a non-profit.

We partner with RONIN POS to provide cashless payments at the Oregon Jamboree. Please create your Cashless Account before you arrive. When you make your first payment, you will put in your phone number to connect your cashless account and your RFID wristband.
