Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, this quartet detonates a sonic assault built upon the foundations of groove-laden riffs, soaring melodies, and a distinctly modern, nu-metal sensibility. Drawing clear inspiration from the likes of Slipknot and Korn, they inject a dose of melodic hardcore and progressive elements, resulting in a sound that’s both brutal and surprisingly catchy. Formed in 2007, Tetrarch spent years honing their craft on the local circuit before independently releasing their debut album, "Freak," in 2017. However, it was 2021’s "Unstable," released via Napalm Records, that marked their true breakthrough. The album charted on Billboard and cemented their position as a force to be reckoned with in the metal landscape. Frontwoman Josh Fore's guttural screams and clean vocals are a driving force, delivering intensely personal lyrics with unwavering conviction. Tetrarch's impact stems from their raw honesty and dedication to pushing the boundaries of modern metal. They've toured relentlessly, sharing stages with Atreyu and Devildriver, solidifying their reputation as a formidable live act.
