About Onlynumbers

Onlynumbers doesn't just produce techno; he sculpts sonic architectures, each track a meticulously crafted environment of pulsing rhythms and hypnotic melodies. Hailing from Lyon, France, and deeply embedded in its vibrant underground scene, Onlynumbers forges a sound that's both intensely cerebral and viscerally physical. His style draws heavily from the raw energy of industrial techno, the intricate sound design of IDM, and the subtle emotional depth of ambient electronica, creating a complex tapestry of textures and moods. While his early releases established him as a promising name in the French techno landscape, it was his relentless dedication to innovation that truly set him apart. Shows at Rex Club in Paris and Tresor in Berlin amplified his profile, drawing international attention to his unique brand of meticulously crafted dance music. His tracks find a sweet spot, not too fast, not too slow, but the perfect pace for creating a trance-like state on the dance floor. He's collaborated with artists like UVB76, further solidifying his position within the community. Onlynumbers continues to refine his sound, constantly pushing the boundaries of techno while maintaining a deep connection to its roots. His recent EPs show a progression towards even deeper soundscapes, hinting at a rich and evolving artistic vision.
